CRM Operations Lead
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (Position Overview). Responsibilities (list). Requirements/Qualifications (the You SHOULD apply... and You SHOULD NOT apply...). Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay: yes compensation range. Schedule: yes Monday-Friday 9-6. Benefits not mentioned, so omit Benefits section. Also maybe "Qualifications" vs "Requirements". We can combine? The instruction: use headings for those categories. We'll create sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Requirements (h3) (maybe combine You SHOULD apply... and You SHOULD NOT apply...), Pay (h3), Schedule (h3). Also maybe Core Outcomes could be part of About the role or separate? Could be a separate section like "Core Outcomes" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Core Outcomes not listed, so we should not create a heading for it; we can incorporate its content into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably incorporate into About the role as prose. We'll preserve all substantive info; we can add a paragraph under About the role that includes Core Outcomes bullet list? But we must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Core Outcomes is a list of success metrics; could be treated as a list under About the role or maybe as a separate section "Requirements"? Better to treat as a list under About the role (since it's about role expectations). We'll put
- for each core outcome.
Responsibilities list: we have bullet points under Responsibilities heading. We'll output
- for each.
Requirements: we have You SHOULD apply... and You SHOULD NOT apply... We'll combine into a list of qualifications (maybe as
- ). We'll include both positive and negative? Probably list of qualifications (should apply) and maybe also list of disqualifiers? We'll include both as items.
Pay: we have OTE: $72,000 - $100,000 annually, Additional Compensation: Bonus opportunities, Compensation Range: $72K - $100K. We'll put in
maybe.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
Location: Remote (maybe include in About the role or as a separate paragraph). Not a heading; we can include in About the role paragraph.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
About the role
Curvion Blue is a high-performance RevOps & sales augmentation agency that installs and deploys enterprise-grade, AI-driven revenue engines and selling systems for growing companies. We architect end-to-end sales solutions by designing custom sales motions, implementing GTM strategies, configuring CRM and sales infrastructure, deploying AI-enabled tools, and providing highly trained sales talent to execute the system. Our approach combines technology, strategy, systems, and people. We use battle-tested playbooks and proprietary processes to help our clients generate revenue faster, more efficiently, and with greater consistency, visibility, and control. Our experience spans the alternative education space, including business consulting, real estate investing, mergers and acquisitions, sales training, and other transformative programs, as well as the SaaS industry, where we help innovative technology companies bring their products to market. In short, we build and deploy revenue engines. And CRM is a major part of that engine.
The CRM Operations Lead is a critical role responsible for strengthening and scaling the CRM infrastructure that powers Curvion Blue's sales delivery. This role is laser-focused on HubSpot configuration, data integrity, system optimization, and operational enablement. You'll help ensure that the CRM environments supporting our sales organizations are clean, reliable, scalable, and built to support high-performance selling. You'll play a key role across the CRM lifecycle, from system design and documentation to new account deployment, ongoing optimization, auditing, and maintenance. You'll work closely with RevOps, sales leadership, data, and other operational stakeholders to improve the systems and processes behind pipeline management, reporting accuracy, sales productivity, and revenue visibility. This role is ideal for a hands-on CRM operator who enjoys working inside complex systems, improving what already exists, and building infrastructure that allows sales teams to move faster without sacrificing visibility or control.
Location: Remote.
Core Outcomes
- HubSpot workflows, pipelines, automations, and configurations are continuously improved for scalability, reliability, and performance
- CRM data is clean, accurate, structured, and trustworthy
- Reporting and data pipelines receive the information they need to function properly
- CRM inefficiencies and system gaps are identified and addressed proactively
- New client accounts can be onboarded with consistent, scalable CRM infrastructure
- Integrations between HubSpot and the broader sales technology stack function reliably
- CRM documentation, SOPs, and playbooks remain current, actionable, and easy to follow
- CRM standards and governance are consistently applied across teams
- Sales teams have the systems and infrastructure they need to operate effectively
- CRM initiatives move from idea → implementation without getting stuck in operational limbo
But Core Outcomes heading not in allowed list; we must not create a heading not listed. So we need to incorporate Core Outcomes into About the role or Responsibilities. Probably better to add a subsection under About the role as a list but without a heading? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use for section headings (e.g. ...)". It implies we should use those headings for sections. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't explicitly forbid other headings, but the examples are those. Safer to stick to those headings only. So we need to map Core Outcomes content into one of those sections. Could be part of About the role (as a list). Or maybe under Responsibilities? It's more about success metrics, could be under About the role. We'll embed the list under About the role after the prose.
Thus About the role will have paragraphs and then a - list for core outcomes.
Responsibilities list as
- .
Requirements: we need to list qualifications. We'll create a
- for each bullet from You SHOULD apply... and You SHOULD NOT apply... maybe combine.
Pay:
Pay
OTE: $72,000 - $100,000 annually. Additional compensation: bonus opportunities. Compensation range: $72K - $100K.
Schedule: Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
We should not include Benefits section.
Now ensure we preserve all substantive info: we have included Position Overview, Core Outcomes, Responsibilities, You SHOULD apply/not apply, Compensation & Logistics (Job Type, OTE, Additional Compensation, Schedule, Location). We included location in About the role paragraph. Job Type: Full-time, W-2 we haven't included; we should include that somewhere. Could add in About the role or Pay section. Let's add in Pay section: "Job Type: Full-time, W-2". Also include "Location: Remote" we already have.
Now check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Let's craft final HTML:
