CRM Manager
Responsibilities
Own the strategy and vision for the CRM program to drive business objectives
Work with other media channels to develop an holistic consumer journey and engagement plan
Develop and oversee technical execution of data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, email lifecycle journeys, behavior-based email triggers, cross-channel personalization, and data utilization in media
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and POs aligned with the CRM program budget
Collaborate with key stakeholders across brand, marketing, digital product, and global teams
Provide strategic support and thought leadership to the broader CRM team on campaign strategy, data operations, analytics & insights
Ensure CRM program adheres to data privacy laws, CAN-SPAM compliance, and database marketing best practices
Manage workload and prioritization for business partners contracted to perform work for the CRM team
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
At least 5 years digital marketing, CRM, and/or email marketing experience
Experience with an enterprise Email Service Provider (ESP)
Experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leveraging data to create digital marketing strategies, especially for customer acquisition and/or lifecycle marketing campaigns
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud
Familiarity with US privacy laws, CAN-SPAM regulations, and data collection best practices
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in holistic media planning
Qualifications
At least 5 years digital marketing, CRM, and/or email marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

Pay
Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
