CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

Our client, a fast-growing consumer services company, is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to manage customer communication campaigns across email, SMS, promotions, and retention marketing channels. The role involves building campaigns, analyzing performance, testing new ideas, and driving measurable business results through direct-response marketing.

What You'll Do

• Build, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns
• Support promotional, retention, and reactivation initiatives
• Create and deploy SMS campaigns for promotions, customer engagement, and retention
• Support customer reactivation initiatives through text marketing
• Test subject lines, messaging, offers, creative, and send times to improve performance
• Maintain audience lists and customer data used in marketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign health, deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and engagement metrics
• Help troubleshoot campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Track and report campaign performance metrics
• Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates
• Participate in ongoing A/B testing and campaign optimization efforts
• Help measure ROI and overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related digital marketing roles
• Experience building and executing email and/or SMS campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign testing, segmentation, and performance optimization
• Comfortable working with marketing data and reporting metrics
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Able to be on-site at least 1 day/week in Edison, NJ

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Warranty, Insurance, Financial Services, Lead Generation, Affiliate Marketing, Call Center Operations
• Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Zapier
