CRM Coordinator
What's the Job?
Partner with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, launches, promotions, and customer communication needs. Develop campaign briefs and coordinate execution across Creative and cross-functional teams. Build and deploy campaigns, audiences, segments, and automated flows within Klaviyo. Conduct campaign QA and ensure timely, accurate launches. Monitor and report on campaign and flow performance, delivering both campaign-level and roll-up insights.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
- Experience with audience segmentation, campaign execution, and lifecycle flow management
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with experience translating performance data into actionable recommendations
About the Role
The CRM Coordinator will support cross-functional teams including Creative, Merchandising, and Brand within the Marketing department of a leading retail and ecommerce organization.
Requirements
