About the role
The CRM Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's customer relationship management system. They ensure data integrity, support sales teams, and provide training on the system.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM database
- Support sales teams with data analysis and reporting
- Train users on CRM functionalities
- Ensure data accuracy and security
- Collaborate with IT team for system upgrades and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM administration or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
