CRLS After School Intramural/Fitness Room Supervisor

About the role

Monitor the Fitness Rooms at CRLS and Russell Field after school. Develop programs to help CRLS Students achieve their fitness goals. Work with the CRLS Coaching Staff to develop strength and conditioning programs for CRLS Athletic Teams. Monitor the equipment in the fitness room and report broken or damaged equipment. Set up, clean up, and disinfect all equipment on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Fitness Rooms at CRLS and Russell Field after school
• Develop fitness programs for CRLS students
• Collaborate with CRLS Coaching Staff on strength and conditioning programs for athletic teams
• Inspect and report broken or damaged fitness equipment
• Set up, clean, and disinfect all equipment daily
• Maintain clear and accurate attendance records

Requirements

• Prior experience with high school student-athletes
• Ability to be organized and work independently
• Strong communication skills

Schedule

Length of contract: July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Pay

Contract amount not to exceed $10,000.00. Hourly rate depends on collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. Non-exempt employees will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours per week.
