The Critical Spares Logistics Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating critical equipment logistics to support network reliability and minimize service disruptions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the flow of replacement equipment and supporting inventory operations.
  2. Process, track, and coordinate equipment orders, procurement activities, logistics movements, and proof of delivery documentation.
  3. Maintain accurate physical and system-based inventory records for critical spare assets and ensure regular reconciliation.
  4. Cook up vendor activities, including repair timelines, replenishment schedules, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
  5. Monitor vendor performance, warranty coverage, entitlement compliance, and escalate issues when necessary.
  6. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders by providing updates on equipment availability and resolution timelines.
  7. Generate operational reports, analyze inventory trends, and provide visibility into compliance and performance metrics.
  8. Support asset lifecycle management through forecasting, planning, staging, and tracking of critical equipment programs.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous network availability and customer service objectives.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MRP or WMS systems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide timely and accurate updates.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing operational requirements.
