The Critical Spares Logistics Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating critical equipment logistics to support network reliability and minimize service disruptions. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the flow of replacement equipment and supporting inventory operations.
- Process, track, and coordinate equipment orders, procurement activities, logistics movements, and proof of delivery documentation.
- Maintain accurate physical and system-based inventory records for critical spare assets and ensure regular reconciliation.
- Cook up vendor activities, including repair timelines, replenishment schedules, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
- Monitor vendor performance, warranty coverage, entitlement compliance, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders by providing updates on equipment availability and resolution timelines.
- Generate operational reports, analyze inventory trends, and provide visibility into compliance and performance metrics.
- Support asset lifecycle management through forecasting, planning, staging, and tracking of critical equipment programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous network availability and customer service objectives.
Requirements include:
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MRP or WMS systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide timely and accurate updates.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing operational requirements.
