About the role
Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review. Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls. Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in relevant field (MFT, MSW, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, etc.)
- One year of experience working with challenging behaviors
- Experience in mental health or applied behavior analysis field
- Experience supporting individuals with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
- California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance
Qualifications
- Must hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Counseling (Clinical, School, or Guidance), Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$71,089 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses
