About the role

Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review. Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls. Participate in clinical trainings. Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Counseling (Clinical, School, or Guidance), Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Experience in the mental health or applied behavior analysis field required.
  • Experience supporting individuals with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Must have a California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field
  • One year of experience working with persons with challenging behaviors

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
  • Experience with behavioral analysis and/or mental health

Pay

$72,510.98 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses
