About the role
Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review. Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls. Participate in clinical trainings. Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.

Requirements
- One year of experience working with persons with challenging behaviors is required.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Counseling (Clinical, School, or Guidance), Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Skills
- Experience in the mental health or applied behavior analysis field
- Experience supporting individuals with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities

Pay
$72,510.98 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Full-time, Exempt
