About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling.
• Report cases electronically through a mobile app.
• Seek clinicians fluent in English, Farsi, and Arabic.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of New York (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
