About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events. Bi-lingual Spanish speakers are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling.
• Use R3C’s mobile app for simple electronic reporting.
• Complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or equivalent CIR training.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of Minnesota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
