About the role
We are seeking a Critical Facilities Technician to join our team at Aligned Data Centers. This is a fast-growing, privately held data center company where we believe in passion, innovation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment
- Operates and monitors critical and non-critical system equipment and components
- Ensures conformance with all Change control development, approvals and execution
- Schedules, develops and quality assures for all preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, general maintenance
- Responds immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns
- Monitors building operations and tours properties periodically during scheduled shift
- Understands the engineering design and operational aspect of all electrical systems
- Evaluates, assigns and monitors the safe work responsibilities and safety procedures capabilities of employees and contractors
- Responds quickly to emergency situations, develops and communicates and improves ADC’s processes to ensure continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications
- High school diploma and minimum 3-5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support; or 7+ years’ experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician
- Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred
- Able to work overtime and longer shifts (12 hour)
- Shifts may require work day/night/weekend/holiday
- Computer skills required: MS Office

Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $35.00-45.00
