About the role
Critical Care RN/RT providing high-acuity care in intensive and progressive care units.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions for critically ill patients.
- Manage complex ventilator and hemodynamic support.
- Respond to rapid changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure safe transitions of care and support families through clear, compassionate communication.
