Critical Care RN / RT

Role: Critical Care RN/RT responsible for delivering high-acuity patient care in intensive and progressive care units. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.Administer medications and respiratory therapies, including managing ventilators and drips.Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, providing immediate interventions.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Support families through clear communication and education about patient status and care.Adhere to evidence-based protocols, safety standards, and proper documentation. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure as a registered nurse or respiratory therapist.Experience in critical or intensive care units preferred.Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and emergency response skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to safety, protocol adherence, and patient advocacy.
