About the role
Critical Care Resource Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform procedures, monitor patient status, and document care accurately.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Manage evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans promoting recovery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 months of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
