Past FM providers have enjoyed full patient panels. Join an established team of 4 physicians and 4 NP's with a call structure of 1:5 in a practice setting that includes both outpatient clinic and inpatient care.

Deliver exceptional clinical care by utilizing advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to provide personalized, high-quality medical interventions for every patient.
Elevate care standards and cost-effectiveness by actively collaborating on quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
About the Practice | Facility
The facility features an onsite lab and PFT in the clinic, utilizing Epic EMR for inpatient care and Athena Health EMR for outpatient care. It is a 237 Bed Hospital with a 30 Bed ICU, serving a population of approximately 148,000, and is part of an integrated referral network as part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
