Critical Care Nurse |LPN | Home Care

About the role

BAYADA is seeking experienced LPNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx.

Responsibilities

• Take on varied assignments including supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs.
• Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs.
• Precept and mentor new nurses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate and support families and caregivers.
• Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
• Willingness to travel to 3 out of 4 areas; The Bronx, Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset

Benefits
