About the role
Provide immediate crisis support to youth and families in the community through Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and risk assessments
- Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans
- Deliver crisis interventions across various settings, including in-home and community-based environments
- Maintain client and staff records per policy
- Collaborate with families, service providers, schools, hospitals, law enforcement, and internal teams
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
- Ensure safety and crisis stabilization, with opportunities for leadership and growth
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or higher in a related field
- Licensure such as LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A required; LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist preferred
- Experience with trauma, mental health, or substance use disorders preferred
- Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
