Crisis Therapist - Mobile Crisis Intervention Services

About the role

Provide immediate crisis support to youth and families in the community through Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical and risk assessments
  • Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver crisis interventions across various settings, including in-home and community-based environments
  • Maintain client and staff records per policy
  • Collaborate with families, service providers, schools, hospitals, law enforcement, and internal teams
  • Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
  • Ensure safety and crisis stabilization, with opportunities for leadership and growth

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or higher in a related field
  • Licensure such as LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A required; LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist preferred
  • Experience with trauma, mental health, or substance use disorders preferred
  • Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
