About the role

We are seeking a Crisis Therapist to provide immediate, high-quality crisis support to youth and families in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and deliver crisis interventions in various settings such as homes, schools, and community locations.
  • Develop individualized, person-centered treatment and discharge plans.
  • Collaborate with families, service providers, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate client records and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
  • Provide crisis assessments, risk management, and follow-up support.
  • Transport clients as needed and adhere to agency policies and certifications.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Licensure such as LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A required; other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience with trauma, mental health, or substance use disorders is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license for transportation responsibilities.
