Crisis Specialist - East Valley (30 & 40 hours, evening & overnight shifts)

Responsibilities

• Responds on-site to crisis calls that cannot be resolved by the Crisis Call Center telephonically.
• Utilizes best practices in crisis intervention to respond and support individuals and families in crisis.
• Affordably assess and stabilize different ages and stages of development/lifespan and different cultural backgrounds and experiences.
• Makes appropriate referrals to other agencies and/or long-term counseling when appropriate.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adapts well to change.

Requirements

• Full-Time Employment Shifts Available (40hrs) Wed - Sat 2p -12a (40hrs) Wed - Sat 4p - 2a (30hrs) Sun-Tues 4p-2a (30hrs) Thurs - Sat 10p - 8a
• Shift differentials available: $3 per hour extra for evenings and $4 per hour extra for weekends
• Bilingual - Language Differential are also Available!
• Highly Preferred - Arizona License: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT, in Good Standing
