About the role
Crisis Services Supporting Clinician is a dedicated role within our mental health support team. This position provides critical services to individuals in crisis, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with agency policies and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health crisis setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Experience with crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
- Basic computer skills including email and internet navigation.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
