About the role

Crisis Services Supporting Clinician is a dedicated role within our mental health support team. This position provides critical services to individuals in crisis, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with agency policies and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health crisis setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Basic computer skills including email and internet navigation.

Schedule
