Overview
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $85,050 - $104,601 per year, with a license differential and bilingual differential available. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K with employer match up to 4%, and competitive time off plans.
Compensation
The initial compensation for this position ranges from $85,050 - $104,601 per year; depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations. Additional differentials include a 7.5% Bilingual Differential and a 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD., and select Peer Certifications.
About the Program
MRSS: A Mobile Mental Health Evaluation Team handling psychiatric emergencies for youth and young adults aged 21 and under. Facilitates psychiatric hospitalization and writes 72-hour holds. Works Wed-Sat 6pm-4am.
Responsibilities
- Completes assessments and evaluations that are culturally relevant and appropriate.
- Develops effective treatment plans with clear and measurable intervention strategies.
- Provides clinical leadership regarding individual and family system observations and relays behavioral data.
- Records and collects clinical information in ways that promote individual and family input.
- Coordinates the integration of comprehensive Functional Behavior Analysis into overall individual and family service plans.
- Facilitates the development and refinement of effective behavior and risk-specific safety plans.
- Maintains accountability to risks and threats associated with presenting problems.
- Maintains effective personal organizational systems for paperwork and information management.
- Meets revenue and productivity standards.
- Performs other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field with two years of supervised clinical experience.
- Licensed according to California state law (Welfare and Institutions Code section 5600.2) or must become licensed within the designated time frame.
- Registration with the BBS or BOP required.
- If required, must pass an initial physical abilities test (PATS) and be certified in crisis intervention techniques within the first 30 days and annually.
