Clinician - Crisis Services

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency screening of clients referred by the Community Service Boards (CSB) in need of crisis stabilization services
• Conducts individual, group and family therapy as identified in client’s treatment plan
• Implements and monitors a comprehensive stabilization and rapid discharge plan for each client
• Mets with family members and relevant agencies to advise on clients’ progress and teach them techniques to continue behavioral changes outside the supported setting
• Designs appropriate interventions for each client. Ensures staff is trained in selected intervention techniques and therapeutic services are implemented in a coordinated manner
• Maintains all appropriate client service documentation from referral through discharge and aftercare
• Affords regular on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Clinician I: Master's degree in human service related field.
• Clinician II: Eligibility for LPC or LCSW licensure required.
• Clinician III: Fully licensed as LPC or LCSW preferred.
