Crisis Response Worker | Mobile Crisis
Job Summary
The Crisis Response Worker is a member of a mobile crisis response team. They provide immediate crisis response, deliver, coordinate, and document short-term, intensive mental health services during mental health crises or emergencies. They must be experienced in mental health assessment, treatment engagement strategies, crisis intervention techniques, and emergency clinical decision-making.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 30 hours of crisis intervention and stabilization training within the past two years.
- Must meet the Minnesota Department of Human Services requirements for Mental Health Practitioner.
- Must have a Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services.
- Must have a valid class D driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must maintain a good driving record and have access to a personal vehicle.
