Crisis Response

Responsibilities

• Conduct rapid risk and needs assessments to determine immediate needs.
• De-escalate high-stress situations to ensure safety.
• Develop and implement safety plans tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate warm handoffs to appropriate programs and community partners.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions and interventions.
• Participate in on-call or shift-based coverage to ensure continuous support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven, client-centered environment.
• Experience in behavioral health, social services, or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to serving vulnerable populations with dignity and respect.
