Role Overview

Provides immediate, trauma-informed crisis response to individuals and families facing mental health, housing, or safety emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts rapid risk assessments
• De-escalates high-stress situations
• Develops safety plans
• Connects clients to behavioral health, housing, and community resources

Collaboration & Documentation

• Works with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintains detailed records
• Supports on-call or rotating coverage to ensure timely and compassionate responses

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in crisis intervention
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a mission-driven, client-centered environment
• Knowledge of behavioral health and social services systems
