About the role
Provide rapid, community-based support to individuals and families in behavioral health or housing crises.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and needs assessments
- De-escalate high-stress situations
- Develop safety plans
- Coordinate emergency interventions as needed
Collaboration
Work closely with behavioral health, housing, and family services teams to connect clients to ongoing care.
