We are currently seeking Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals or Licensed Mental Health Clinicians for FULL TIME Mobile Crisis Management (MCM) positions serving Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania counties.

About the role

Applicants must meet criteria for "QP" status, live in the vicinity of one of these three counties, and have a minimum of one year crisis experience (ACTT, IIHS, Inpatient treatment facility, or other service providing 24/7 crisis response duties).

Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis response services in a variety of settings (community, doctor's offices, schools, provider offices, etc.)
  • Help individuals in crisis avoid inpatient hospitalization
  • Work with individuals of all ages and disabilities, most commonly adults in mental health or substance use crisis

Schedule

  • 15-hour on-call shifts from home or within the county
  • Non-traditional, rotating schedule with other staff
  • Staff guaranteed 40 hours per week paid regardless of hours worked
  • On-call shift hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
  • 3 to 4 days per week on rotation
  • Every other week results in a 3-day weekend off
  • Holiday and weekend hours expected based on rotation

Pay

  • $24.00 per hour
  • $1000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time employees, paid out according to training schedule

Requirements

  • Complete criminal background check
  • Name checked in registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required)
  • Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle (if required for providing transportation)
