Crisis Program Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervises Managers and oversees the CCT / PST
• Track productivity
• Monitor open shifts that need coverage for the department
• Affirmatively assist the management team with getting coverage for open shifts
• Daily huddles
• Affirmatively assist with monitoring the outreach-tracking list
• Affirmatively assist with obtaining screening documents and judge’s orders getting to the court in a timely manner.
• Lead team meeting with management team
• Serve as Supervisor-On-Call duties
• Be a part of an Oaks committee
• Member of the NJ CIT committee
• Responsible for Safety Zone reports and reviews
• Conduct screening assessment on the unit and outreaches (community and hospital based)
• Responsible for covering manager's shifts and duties when needed
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health related field required with at least five (5) years' experience working within the mental health system
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience
• NJ Screeners Certification
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge and experience working with mentally ill individuals who are at high risk for psychiatric hospitalization
• Knowledge of case management services
• Knowledge of the mental health field in NJ and commitment to the principles of wellness & recovery
• Knowledge of the County Court System preferred
• Valid Driver's License in good standing required
