Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency situations
- Assist with patient care under nursing supervision
- Implement de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques
- Conduct safety checks
- Supervise visitation and therapeutic activities
- Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
