Compensation

Bachelors level: $53,000.00 per year

Masters level: $58,000.00 per year

Schedule

Evening hours required.

Job Description

Dynamic team member needed to provide in‑home intervention and de‑escalation for children/families throughout Ocean County, along with follow‑up stabilization and case management. Requires excellent computer and time management skills, plus understanding of crisis dynamics. Experience with children a plus.

Competencies

• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree plus 1 year experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year experience in a Human Services discipline
• Experience: Services to children and families, including experience in responding to crises and demonstrated clinical knowledge
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
• Clinical licensure supervision provided
