Crisis Care Consultant PRN

About the role

This role involves providing crisis intervention within a 24/7 suicide prevention call team, including clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and service linkage for individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic clinical evaluations
• Perform outreach to promote safety
• Adhere to ethical and clinical standards
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Collaborate with community resources and agencies
• Complete administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist
• One year of experience is preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to provide service linkage and referrals

Schedule

Part-time, with a focus on overnight coverage, especially weekends.

Physical activities

Minimal physical demands, primarily sitting, with occasional standing, squatting, and driving.
