About the role
The Division of Politics, Administration, and Justice at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Criminal Justice Part-Time Lecturer Pool. We are particularly interested in faculty to teach in face-to-face classes scheduled between 8am and 4pm. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Teach in face-to-face classes scheduled between 8am and 4pm
- Teach courses in the Criminal Justice curriculum
- Work collaboratively with other faculty to foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Ph.D. program in criminology, criminal justice, or related field, or have an M.A. in criminology, criminal justice, or related field, with substantial graduate work
- Prior teaching experience at the university level
- Ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students

Schedule
Classes are typically offered in a lecture-discussion mode, with courses being 3-units per semester.
