Job Responsibilities

  • Teach a diverse student body in accordance with established syllabi at various locations.
  • Utilize instructional technology.
  • Apply a variety of effective teaching methods.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver course instruction.
  • Follow all EPA and OSHA regulations that pertain to the program.
  • Participate in college functions as needed.
  • Apply teaching practices that support the continuous improvement of both the program and the college.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in one of the qualifying fields is required.
  • CRJ 115 and CRJ 120 must be taught by individuals who possess either a Juris Doctorate or a master's degree in Criminal Justice or a closely related field, such as Criminology or Criminal Justice Administration.
