Criminal Defense Trial Attorneys

Alpert Schreyer, LLC is seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our Lanham, Maryland office.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident in court, ready to take ownership of cases, and motivated by autonomy, accountability, and results. We are looking for an attorney prepared to step into meaningful responsibility and handle criminal matters from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of courtroom and litigation experience
• Former Assistant State's Attorney experience is strongly preferred, though not required for candidates with commensurate criminal litigation and trial experience

Pay

$100,000 - $110,000 plus incentives
