We are seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney, licensed in the State of Georgia, with at least 2 years of experience, including motion practice experience, who is passionate about helping people.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a client’s case, including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel
• Draft pleadings
• Conduct investigations
• Argue motions, pretrial hearings, and trials
• Show strong skills in research, writing, courtroom presentation, and common technology

Requirements

Experience in criminal law or strong litigation experience, with the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

Licensed in the State of Georgia

Strong skills in research, writing, courtroom presentation, and common technology.
