About the role
Chipotle is changing the face of fast food by serving responsibly sourced, classically cooked, real food without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. In our restaurants we prepare food by hand—no freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Team members receive comprehensive training to work at any station, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Pay
The base pay range for this position is $14.25 – $15.25 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary based on skill level, experience, and/or education. In addition to base pay, Chipotle offers a competitive benefits package.
