Job Summary
Our Crew Members are responsible for preserving and maintaining lawns for both residential and commercial clients. Crew Members serve as the face of the company while performing maintenance on our clients' properties.
What You'll Do
- Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean residential and commercial properties
- Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
- Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader to ensure the work contracted is implemented efficiently and according to the contracted specification
- Perform other landscape services as needed
- Assist with snow removal duties during winter
- Drive, use, maintain, and properly operate equipment
- Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
- Store equipment and supplies in a safe manner
- Be sensitive and respectful of equipment and customers' property at all times
- Display honesty and respect at the work site and when working with coworkers and customers
- Arrive at designated facility/property on time, ready to perform duties
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in landscaping a plus, but not required (we provide training)
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours
- Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold)
- Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset
Work Hours
Typically Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM--6:00 PM, with some Saturday work (seasonal overtime likely)
Weekend or on-call hours possible during peak season or snow events

Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Walk up to 10 miles per day on varied terrain
- Operate gas-powered tools and ride-on equipment
- Work safely around vehicles, equipment, and crew members
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
Working Conditions
This position is exposed to equipment movement hazards, dirt, noise, temperature extremes, direct sunlight, dampness, and chemicals/solvents. There are possible hazards from moving equipment and possible electrical shock. There is a constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day. This is a fast-paced work environment with a significant amount of pressure.
