Crew Manager
About the role
White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. These positions require previous food service or management experience and involve organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.

Requirements
- Loves to smile, laugh, and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- Enjoys working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Promotes and drives White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty
- Good person, team player, treats others with care and respect
- At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
Qualifications
Competitive WEEKLY pay starting at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

The compensation for this role may vary based on average hours worked, location, and length of service. Pay Rate: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour.
