Crew Manager

About the role

Crew Managers at White Castle are responsible for organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.

Requirements

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• 1+ years of food service or management experience
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety protocols

Pay

Pay Rate: $20.50 – $26.40 per hour
