White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. Ideal candidates have previous food service or management experience and possess caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts
• Handle cash
• Manage inventory
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate and lead the team
• Work the cash register and drive-thru
• Prepare orders
• Maintain sanitation
• Work the fryer/griddle and more

Compensation includes competitive weekly pay starting at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience. Pay

The pay rate for this role is $17.50 - $22.80 per hour.
