About the role

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. Ideal candidates have previous food service or management experience and possess caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts
• Handle cash
• Manage inventory
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate and lead the team
• Work the cash register and drive-thru
• Prepare orders
• Maintain sanitation
• Work the fryer/griddle and more

Requirements

Team members must be able to work flexible hours and follow health and safety protocols. Previous food service or management experience is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous food service or management experience is required. Must be able to work flexible hours and follow health and safety protocols.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
