Responsibilities
- Lead and engage maintenance teams in process improvement, troubleshooting, and safe work practices to drive operational performance.
- Facilitate daily shift meetings to align teams with business goals and monitor maintenance activities for accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives using A3 thinking, PDCA methodology, and Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Coach, counsel, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Plan, manage and execute departmental operations, including scheduling, crew assignments, resource management, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, lead safety initiatives, and perform required self-assessments for designated areas.
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity, while promoting best practices across the organization.
- Develop and maintain standard work for team members and leaders; complete and review Leader Standard Work with supervisors.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, communicate priorities, and support customer needs.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and labor agreements consistently and effectively.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Skills
- Technical expertise related to CMMS, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, MCCs, Mechanical, Welding, and other core maintenance technologies
- Leadership, coaching, influencing capabilities

- This role follows a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle.
- This schedule provides a consistent 2-3-2 rotation with every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week, supporting work-life balance and recovery.
- For weeks worked over 40 hours you are paid overtime. For weeks you are working 36 hours, you are paid for 40 hours.

This role follows a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle. This schedule provides a consistent 2-3-2 rotation with every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week, supporting work-life balance and recovery. Additionally, for weeks worked over 40 hours you are paid overtime. For weeks you are working 36 hours, you are paid for 40 hours. Rotation: 3 days off: Saturday – Monday 2 days on: Tuesday & Wednesday 2 days off: Thursday & Friday This pattern repeats consecutively as part of the 2‐3‐2 rotation.
