Crew Leader in training
Overview
The Crew Leader role is a team‑player position focused on delivering a “WOW” experience to every customer while earning top income for challenging, physical work. After completing a 90‑day training program, you become eligible for a lucrative production bonus. You will manage a crew, travel to several new locations each month, and use properly maintained equipment with all required personal protective equipment. The company provides the industry’s best hands‑on training, a stable weekly schedule, and a fun, high‑energy culture.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, full‑time, W2 employee.
Compensation
- During training: $35 per hour
- After training: $22 per hour plus 60 % commission
- Hourly pay plus production bonus

Requirements
- Previous carpentry/rough framing experience
- Subfloor installation experience
- Customer service experience
- Management experience
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
- Remodeling work
- Replacing structural wood components underneath homes (main beams/joists)
- Management of teams of three or more
