Crew Leader I - 3rd Shift (Dalton, Georgia, United States, 30720)
Job Tasks
- Operate all types of cone cutting machines within facility
- Operate cardboard baler
- Perform daily housekeeping activities
- Identify machine issues and report to Shift leader or Supervisor
- Other duties determined by leadership
- Responsible for maintaining an efficient workplace by assigning jobs and duties in a fair and equitable manner
- Responsible for providing team guidance on daily tasks
- Responsible for meeting the production, quality, and safety needs set by management
- Responsible for the completion of shift report by the end of the shift and for communicating issues to management right away
- Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping of department by making certain all tasks are completed on shifts
- Responsible for ensuring PPE are available for the shift (gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
