Coradi Contracting is looking for an experienced hands-on Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation Crew Lead to join our team. This is not a management-only position; it is a working field leadership role where you will lead and also perform hands‑on work every day, setting the pace, solving problems, producing quality craftsmanship, and driving projects from demo to final trim. The company specializes in high‑quality bathroom and kitchen renovations and seeks someone who can lead by example, work side‑by‑side with the crew, and take pride in doing things the right way. Responsibilities

• Lead bathroom and kitchen renovation projects in the field
• Perform hands‑on remodeling work every day
• Work from demo to final trim
• Set the pace and standard for your crew
• Coordinate daily work with your crew and Project Manager
• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and communication
• Help keep projects moving efficiently and professionally
• Read plans, follow scopes, and identify issues before they become bigger problems
• Protect clients’ homes and maintain a professional job site
• Set the tone for teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional residential renovation experience
• Strong hands‑on remodeling skills
• Ability to lead a small crew while actively working in the field
• Strong skills in remodeling, tile, mechanical trades, or finish work
• Ability to follow plans and scopes with accuracy
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Clean background check
