Creditor's Rights Litigation Associate
We're a well-established, full-service law firm with roots going back more than 60 years and a 200+ attorney footprint across New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. Our Bankruptcy, Reorganization + Creditors' Rights practice represents institutional lenders, collateral managers, hedge funds, and other asset-based lenders in commercial disputes — default-based workouts, residential and commercial foreclosure actions, commercial collections, and judgment enforcement.
About the role
This is a seat handling substantive state court litigation on behalf of institutional lenders, not a desk churning through routine collections work. You'll get hands-on experience with foreclosure actions, mortgage and security interest enforcement, and judgment enforcement litigation, with direct exposure to loan workouts and Article 9 proceedings alongside a team that handles this work at a sophisticated level. If you want real ownership of creditor's rights matters rather than a supporting role on a big-firm assembly line, this is that opportunity.
