About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of the Credit Risk Review Continuous Review program
  • Evaluate effectiveness of credit risk management processes across Bancorp
  • Analyze credit risk in complex Commercial or Consumer portfolios and borrowers
  • Establish and update risk-based business plans with CRR leadership
  • Oversee continuous review activities and serve as project manager
  • Present CRR findings to senior business leaders and regulators
  • Collaboratively work with first and second lines of defense to provide feedback on continuous review results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics; graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years of lending and/or credit-related experience; CRR or regulatory experience favored
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a positive business presence
  • Advanced analytical and verbal/written communication skills
  • Effective project management and presentation capabilities
  • Advanced data interpretation skills, especially for Consumer roles
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Access, Business Objects, SAS preferred (Consumer roles)

Pay

$96,500 – $207,500 annually
