About the role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We're looking for a Credit Product Manager who'll be the go-to person on all things credit. You'll drive product development, improve funnel conversion, lower cost of acquisition, and maintain top quality in the product and customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting the vision for lending features, considering how it connects to overall company goals
- Building credit products with world-class customer experiences in mind, understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customer
- Defining, prioritizing, and communicating short, mid, and long-term project goals
- Ensuring high engagement in UX to deliver great customer experiences
- Creating a high-conversion funnel and improving acceptance rate
- Lowering the cost of customer acquisition
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction within retail credit products
- Establishing reliable and reputable third-party partnerships
- Ensuring zero tolerance of compliance issues or breach of regulatory requirements
What You'll Need
- A degree from a top university
- Experience building products and/or features in retail credit
- Solid product design experience with a passionate approach to customer experience and challenging the status quo
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles with a deep understanding of customer behavior, data, research, and real-world experiences
- Familiarity with risk management principles
- Programming and data analysis skills
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize features based on customer needs/wants
- An analytical mindset and track record for making data-driven decisions
- The ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
